2. What data we collect

When you fill in a contact or enquiry form on the website, we process the information you provide:

• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The content of your message
• Business type and postcode, if provided
• Your choice about being contacted by email and/or phone
• The enquiry's identifier and time of receipt

When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address, browser type and device information is also processed to the extent necessary for the website to work.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• To answer enquiries and provide quotes. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
• To operate and secure the website. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• To record your voluntary contact choice and follow up within its scope. The choice is not consent to newsletters or offers. You can change it by contacting us. This processing is part of handling your enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To comply with bookkeeping and tax legislation when entering into agreements. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to answer and follow up on them, and are deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact, unless we are required to keep them longer under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (5 years).

5. Disclosure and data processors

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use data processors for hosting and email. Enquiries are stored and sent to info@gorillahealth.dk and kevin@skandarioon.com so they can be handled. You can contact us for information about the data processors we use, our data processing agreements and any transfers outside the EU/EEA, including the legal basis and safeguards for those transfers.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Erasure ("the right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing, including direct marketing
• Withdraw consent
